For example:

extension=php_mysqli.dll

extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll

Then restart your apache2.4 server, and it should work now. Always clear your config and cache by using the artisan commands below.

php artisan config:clear

php artisan cache:clear

Alternatively, you can use the below if you don’t set your database configuration to save as the .env file.

php artisan config:cache
